Working to a tight budget but still keeping the character, I made structural and internal design changes to create beautiful yet functional spaces for guests to enjoy, providing all the luxury you'd expect from a modern high-end hotel but in keeping with the feel of the buildings history. Every room was different in terms of shape and size which gave me the opportunity to add unique touches to each space including cushions, paintings and accessories, but yet tie them in with the Blue Boar theme.

The bathrooms also had a complete transformation. It is amazing how a creative touch can transform a dated bathroom into a luxurious space you feel you can relax in. Clever use of colours, storage, fittings and the use of lighting can turn a dark and dingy uninviting space into a bright and beautiful room you will want to relax in and take the stresses of the day away.
